Forge

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forge ("Forge", "we", "us"), a hosted workspace where you configure AI agents that draft work for your review and approval. By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Forge helps you set up and run AI agents that prepare drafts (such as emails, replies, posts, and summaries) based on the business context and instructions you provide. Forge is a drafting and assistance tool: it does not send, post, or otherwise act on your behalf unless you explicitly approve a specific item.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forge to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or deceptive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you send, post, or rely on it.

4. Third-party integrations

You may connect third-party services (for example Google, Shopify, Stripe, or tools you add with an API key). You authorise Forge to access the data needed to perform the tasks you configure. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by automated systems and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is used. Forge makes no guarantee that drafts are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide and of the approved output you use. Forge and its underlying software, design, and brand remain our property.

7. Disclaimers

Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Forge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
